Laurie Milne is a leading brand development, international marketing and e-commerce specialist.
Laurie began his career in retail, going from a summer sales assistant to general manager at Mappin And Webb, Selfridges within 5 years - managing 27 staff and being responsible for 56 brands as Europe’s largest watch retailer. Along the way (at the age of 21) he had created the most successful Cartier retail space in Europe and had become the biggest buyer of Cartier in the UK. This was followed by a successful 8 year managerial role at Tag Heuer, while consulting to several brands across various sectors.
Since then Laurie has worked closely with leading luxury brands and has created unique relationships including sponsorship of the MasterCard Brit Awards for Raymond Weil and a very successful partnership for a brand at the O2 Arena. Laurie works closely with brands to focus on sales and brings his unique expertise in sponsorship, distribution, field sales, sourcing and after sales to them. Specialising in luxury brands, he is currently an integral part of the marketing strategy and implementation at TW Steel and Hugo Boss watches and advises on a range of brands including Raymond Weil, Lacoste watches, Juicy Couture watches and Tommy Hilfiger watches.
Laurie has close relationships with several leading agencies, brand specialists and rights holders and is able to bring these extensive global contacts and strategic partnerships forward to assist his clients in achieving their full potential.
